Command Reference Guide Enable Mode Command Set

copy flash <destination>

Use the copy flash command to copy a file located in flash memory to a specified destination.

Syntax Description

<destination> Specifies the destination of the copied file. Valid destinations include tftp and

xmodem.

Default Values

No default value necessary for this command.

Applicable Platforms

This command applies to the NetVanta 300, 1000, 1000R, 2000, 3000, 4000, and 5000 and

Total Access 900 Series units.

Usage Examples

The following example copies the contents of the unit’s flash memory to a TFTP server:
